Policies

For many years we have promoted equality of opportunity throughout our organisation and with our business partners we work to achieve a fair and equitable working environment for all.

We recognise that our ability to maximise our performance is improved by having a diverse workforce who have the correct skills and understanding to achieve our objectives.

Our policy restates our commitment to equality of treatment of all those we deal with - employees, potential employees, customers, learners, subcontractors, suppliers, and the general public; regardless of gender, marital status, race, ethnic or national origin, sexual orientation, religion, age or disability.

Our aim is to ensure that the principles of equality and recognition of the values of diversity outlined in our policy document are applied in full on a fair and consistent basis across John Laing Training and it subsidiaries, and treated as an integral part of human resources, business planning and the delivery of all services that we provide.
